  • Are courses offered for sale individually?

    To simplify our offerings, we are no longer offering individual course purchases for our public-facing eLearning platform. Instead, we have bundled up related courses. The cost of each pass is the same as just one of the included courses, so you're actually getting better value!

  • What currency are the course prices in?

    Course prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and US dollars (USD).

  • Do prices include tax?

    Australian prices listed are inclusive of 10% GST. US prices do not incur sales tax. Please get in touch with our team via the Contact Us page if you have specific tax invoicing requirements.

  • How long will I get access to my course for?

    Free courses currently have no time limit. Paid courses are available for one year of access. You may easily renew your access to continue for another year by repurchasing the pass.

    If your access lapses, your progress will be saved. You can renew any time to continue where you left off.

  • Is special pricing available for large groups?

    If you have a large group or are an organisation and would like to discuss pricing options with us, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

  • Are you courses available as SCORM packages for internal use in organisations?
